Collaborate with Emerging Solutions and Cloud Tech teams to deliver custom ERP modules and enterprise ITSM automation.

  • Jira & ITSM: Architected Jira Service Management workflows, SLAs and automation (JQL, ScriptRunner, native rules); integrated Jira with Confluence, Slack and n8n to reduce manual ticket handling.
  • Backend & APIs: Designed Spring Boot microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs with OAuth2/JWT, Oracle DB integration and payment-gateway connectors.
  • Async & Reliability: Implemented WebLogic JMS-based async processing for reliable DB updates and notification pipelines.

Built integration APIs and ETL components to support enterprise BI & reporting workflows.

  • Developed asynchronous Power BI ↔ SSIS integration APIs to automate metadata extraction and persist structured metadata in relational models.
  • Designed pipeline transforms (Python / pandas) that preserved dimensional relationships and improved data flow efficiency.
  • Implemented REST endpoints, monitoring and logging; used Git-based workflows for collaborative development and CI.
